Bob loved his family and country. He proudly served his country in the US Marine Corps during the Vietnam War and was awarded the Purple Heart. He was an avid sports fan. He then worked with drug rehabilitation programs helping ones that needed assistance in obtaining a better life. He later continued his passion for helping others as a counselor for the VA substance abuse program. He coached Little League for many years. Bob had a creative side also.
