Obituary of Larry Maxwell

Larry Warren “Max” Maxwell, 62, of Independence, passed away Wednesday, March 23, 2011 at his residence. He was born in Clarksburg, WV on February 15, 1949, a son of the late Frank and Margret Wolfe Maxwell. He was owner operator of Max's Roofing and Siding for over 30 years. He is survived by his long time companion, Sandra LaRue of Independence; three daughters, Mary Beth Adamson of Lititz, PA.; Eva Gowers of Morgantown, and Megan Gowers of Fairmont; one son, Larry Maxwell of Morgantown; one sister, Deloris Twomey of Cincinnati, OH.; and four grandchildren, Veronica Maxwell, Korbin Adamson, Max Adamson, and Christopher Gowers. Friends may call at the Field Funeral Home in Masontown on Friday March 25, 2011 from 5p.m. until the 7 p.m. service time with the Rev. Ray Frankhouser officiating.
