Obituary of Velma Taylor

Velma “Sissy” Louella Taylor, 73, of Masontown, WV passed away December 24, 2008 at her home. She was born January 15, 1935 in Masontown, WV the daughter of Demoin and Vivian Taylor. She is survived by five brothers, Sunday and spouse Patty Taylor of Reedsville, Curtis and spouse Carolyn Taylor of Kingwood, John and spouse Carolyn Taylor of Masontown, Albert and spouse Diana Taylor of Masontown, Joseph and spouse Carol Taylor of Colorado; four sisters, Wilma Gamble of Masontown, Dixie Radabaugh of Masontown, Shirley and spouse Tony Urso of Morgantown, and Ellen Michaels of Arthurdale; and several nieces & nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Pete Taylor and Dennis Taylor. Friends may call at the Field Funeral Home on Saturday December 27, 2008 from 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 pm. Services will be held at 1:00pm Sunday December 28th with Pastor Bill Winston officiating. Burial will follow at the Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
