Dear Kathy, Sue and Family, Maxine and Wilma were my baby sitters when we lived at The Englehart Woolen Mill. Their Mother made the best of spice cake and their Dad later worked at the West Virginia University Library where I was a student and MHS where I was a teacher. I have loved the family all my life. The last time I saw Maxine, I took her to Heartland to visit Wilma, Maplewood, and then to a favorite location for buckwheat cakes. My husband has Parkinson's, and I have not been able to visit Maxine for several years. My heart, prayers and sympathy are with you. I have lost a precious and beautiful friend and the heavens have welcomed an angel. Polly Englehart Rennie Hess 9 Lantern Lane Shrewsbury, MA 01545
