Howard was my boss for many years at the cascade office. He was a fantastic guy to work for. Also pleasant and helpful to everyone. he had a workable way of running the office and he shared with me. We were friends as well as Secretary & boss. I hope his family will also have good memories of his life as I am sure they will. Prayers r with all those left behind. Howard go play golf with the angels now..
