Obituary of David Sypolt
David Scott Sypolt, 49, of Reedsville, passed away Tuesday, January 14, 2014.
He was born in Granite City, IL, on December 3, 1964 a son of Linda (Fitchett) Levicky and Franklin M. Sypolt.
He was a loving father, brother, son and uncle. Scott was an equipment operator at Cow Girl Up. He was a 1983 graduate of West Preston High School. Scott loved to ride motorcycles with his friends and family. He owned and operated the Bike Barn in Masontown for several years.
In addition to his parents Scott is also survived by a son, Dakota Scott Sypolt; a daughter, Stephanie Browning and husband Eric of Morgantown and their daughter Ellison Carter; his father Franklin's companion, Lynda Ware of Reedsville; one brother, James F. Sypolt; one niece, Grace Sypolt and two nephews, Nathan Forman and Caleb Sypolt.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Michael W. "Suze" Sypolt; one brother-in-law, Bobby Polce; step father, Ron Levicky and grandparents, Frank and Lelia Sypolt and Charles Fitchett.
Friends may call at the Field Funeral Home in Masontown on Friday, January 17, 2014 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Services will be held at the Field Funeral Home on Saturday, January 18, 2014 at 1 p.m. with Rev. Sam Starling officiating. Interment will follow at the Masontown Cemetery.
