Obituary of Regina Knotts

Regina Katherine Knotts, 58, of Reedsville, passed away Friday, July 4, 2014, at Preston Memorial Hospital in Kingwood. She was born in Terra Alta on November 21, 1955, a daughter of the late Martha (Louk) and Eugene Simmons. Regina was a loving mother, grandmother and sister. She is survived by her daughter, Sherri Knotts of Reedsville; four grandchildren; five sisters, Roselee Simmons of Charleston, Terry Hunt and husband Bob of Grafton, Marie Wright and husband Gary of Independence, Vonda Hall of MN and Develma Simmons of Grafton; a brother, Eugene Simmons Jr. and wife Melissa of Spring Lake, NC and several nieces and nephews. Regina is preceded in death by her loving husband, Douglas Knotts and one brother, Clarence Simmons. Friends may call at the Field Funeral Home in Masontown on Tuesday, July 8, 2014 from 4-8 pm. Honoring Regina's wishes cremation services will then be provided. In lieu of flowers the family would like donations made to Field Funeral Home, 10537 Veterans Memorial Highway, Masontown, WV 26542, to help with funeral expenses.
