My condolences go out to your family in this difficult time. I would like to share a beautiful Bible hope from God found in Revelation 21:3,4 that assures us God will wipe all tears from their eyes, and there will be no more death, suffering, crying, or pain. This Scripture has helped many to be able to cope with the loss of a loved one. I hope it helps you also.

Charles was my mother's brother - her name was Eva Mae Broadwater Lewis. I remember as a child we - aunts, uncles, cousins would gather at the 'home place' in Avilton on some Sunday afternoons.
I have photos of those times and they bring back good memories of the aunts and uncles who have gone - Uncle Charles was the last of his immediate family.
Uncle Charles was a very pleasant, easy going man and he had a beautiful complexion for a man (probably from being out of the sun, working in the coal mines.)
We will miss him - the Eva Lewis Family/Janie Lewis Stafford
