Obituary of Margaret Emerson

Margaret L. Emerson, 64, of Masontown, passed away Sunday, July 3, 2011 at Monongalia General Hospital in Morgantown,. She was born in Morgantown on September 9, 1946, a daughter of the late Robert Emerson and Josephine Labroni Emerson Hall. She was a loving and devoted mother to her son Scott and worked at at Morgan Shirt Factory in Morgantown for many years. She is survived by one son; Scott R. Emerson of Masontown; three aunts; JoAnn Boring and husband Junior of Masontown, Marlene Rohr of Masontown, and Betty Reed of Reedsville; one nephew, Robby Emerson; and two neices, Teresa Emerson and Heather Emerson. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one sister, Monica Hall; one brother, Larry Emerson; and her step father Richard "Sonny" Hall. Cremation services will be provided by Field Funeral Home in Masontown.
