Obituary of Barbara Jo DeSantis

Barbara Jo DeSantis, 75, of Reedsville passed away Friday, May 24, 2019 at Ruby Memorial Hospital.

She was born in Cascade, WV on December 19, 1943, a daughter of the late Betty (Martin) Ervin and Byron Ervin Sr.

Barbara was a graduate of Newburg High School. She enjoyed the outdoors, working puzzles, utv rides, spending time with her family and she loved watching Jeopardy.

She is survived by three sons, Joseph DeSantis of Miami, FL, Bobby DeSantis and wife Darlene and Rodney DeSantis all of Masontown; one brother, Byron Ervin Jr. of Independence; one sister, Nancy Trickett and husband Bruce of Gladesville; three grandchildren, Shayna, Jackie and Jesse James, and her companion Van Born of Reedsville.

She was preceded in death by three sisters, Linda Soccorsi, Judy Harrison and Susie Ervin.

To honor her wishes cremation services will be provided by Field Funeral Home in Masontown.
