Obituary of Donald Brooks Lynch

Donald "D.J." Brooks Lynch, Jr, 37, of Kingwood, passed away Tuesday, October 27, 2020. Donald was born in Clarksburg, WV on November 5, 1982, a son of the late Donald Lynch, Sr. and Tammy Jo (Skelton) Phares and husband Ben Phares of Kingwood. D.J. was a loving son, brother and grandson. He worked as a general laborer doing construction. In addition to his mother and stepdad he is survived by his brother, Benjamin Phares IV; stepsister, Crystal Phares; uncle, John Lynch; aunt, Sonya Weimer; grandma, Ann Swiger Butcher; niece Cadence Phares and many cousins. In addition to his father he is preceded in death by his brother, Brad Phares, maternal grandfather, Gene Skelton; two uncles, Lewis "Skeeter" Lynch and Charlie Swiger and two aunts, Tina Skelton and Margaret Boyce. To honor D.J.'s wishes cremation services will be provided by the Field Funeral Home in Masontown. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
