Obituary of Freda May Reel

Freda May Reel, 76, of Morgantown, formerly of Tunnelton, passed away Sunday, December 13, 2020 at Morgantown Health and Rehabilitation. Freda was born in Waynesburg, PA, on October 17, 1944, a daughter of the late Edward and Mary Jane (Eddy) Wise. Freda is survived by her best friend and husband of 36 years, Charles Edward Reel of Morgantown; two brothers, Charles Eddy and Pat of Brave, PA and Clarence "Tucker" Wise of PA; three sisters, including Betty Wise all of PA; a brother in-law, Roger "John" Reel of Masontown and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother and six sisters. Friends may call at the Field Funeral Home in Masontown on Thursday, December 17, 2020 from 1pm until the 3pm service time at the Field Funeral Home with Rev. Dr. David Spence officiating. Interment will be in Masontown Cemetery. Due to COVID-19, safety precautions will be taken, the social distancing 6-foot rule will be honored and all guests, whose health allows, are to wear a mask. For the safety of everyone, we politely ask that visitors do not linger at the funeral home after seeing the Reel family.
