When I worked at Ames, I was always locking my keys in my car. All I had to do was call Tommy! He was right there. He "scolded" me for doing it but opened it anyway. The last time it happened he showed up and told me they took his slim jim away! He apologized for it. (Not even his fault). He was compassionate to others. He loved talking about his family. You never saw Tommy without a smile....Jamie Bolyard

I am sorry for your loss. I didn't know Mr Martin other than him being on Kingwood City Police Force, but I wanted share my admiration for him. You see Mom died in 1988 at my home in Kingwood Officer Martin was one that responded to my home. The day of my Mom's funeral Officer Martin stopped traffic at the intersection of Albright Rd and Route 7 for the funeral procession. He not only stopped traffic he stood at attention and saluted not only the harsh that carried my Mom but ever car in that procession. I have never forgotten that and I never will. I will never forget the feeling it gave me. Again I am so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.
