Jesse was my Boy Scout troop leader. He taught me how to build a fire, woodcraft, tracking, and cooking game. He was one of the great ones.

My heart stopped the minute I got the text! As his caregiver I think I needed him just as much as he needed me. My thoughts, love, and prayers go out to his family. It was an honor to have known such a wonderful man. His memories will live on and now every time I see a morning glory I will take the time to stop and smile because not only was it his favorite but he taught me to appreciate the beauty of the smallest things in life.
