Obituary of Hershel Lee Miller

Hershel Lee Miller, 84, of Kingwood, WV, passed away Monday, April 3, 2023, at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, WV. He was born in Kingwood on January 20, 1939, a son of the late John and Genevieve Virginia (Carr) Miller. He is survived by his wife, Lillian Miller; three daughters, Trina Sigley of Kingwood, Cindy Miller of Hazelton, and Jennifer Kelly of Albright; two sons, Marshall Miller of Kingwood and Jimmy Swanson of Tunnelton; special niece, Cookie Lamar; grandchildren, Gary Miller, Cortney Wolfe, Emily Miller, Hunter Lewellen, Christopher Kelly, Gracie Kelly, Jacob Miller, Nathaniel Swanson, Jimmy Swanson, Matthew Swanson, Nicholas Swanson, Wyatt Swanson, and Nevaeh Swanson; six great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was proceeded in death by three children, Raymond, Hershel, and Teresa and a great-grandson, Jaxon Wolfe. Friends may call at the Field Funeral Home in Masontown on Thursday, April 6, 2023, from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm. A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 7, 2023, at 1 pm with Rev.
