Raymond would have been my nephew. Sandra was my half-sister that I never got to meet but would have loved to have met her. I just recently found out she passed away in 2011. If any relative of the Sandra Bailey Shaffer family reads this please contact me at bailey1966@live.com Elmer M. Bailey was my father.
